Who I am

I am a member of the Professional Genealogist Association, and I am also affiliated with The House of Ancestry in South Carolina. I have been doing genealogy for over 20 years building sources and experience in research techniques and developing skills to help others.

Our History

I started out by doing research for my family but it quickly grew into a passion. I have been doing Genealogy as a Professional since 2011 on a part time basis and recently have decided to go full time with it. In the last year I have gained an association with The House of Ancestry in South Carolina and I became a member of the Professional Genealogy Association.

I have a Genealogy Group page on Facebook called Southeast Kentucky Genealogy (it is a closed group) and I also created a Business Facebook page.

I am a member of many genealogical groups on Facebook who provide assistance or even sometimes new ideas for resources on where to look locally for information. It is another tool. I also have access to many other Professionals through that medium. I have been working for the last year to try and get my Genealogy Research Business up and running as a full time entity.
